Themify.me has a 30-day refund policy. Customers can request a refund or exchange within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. To initiate this process, a request must be sent via email, including the Themify ID username.

Upon receiving the refund/exchange request, it may take up to three business days to process. All Themify products are sold as a one-time fee, meaning there are no recurring payments associated with the purchase.
